Upon booking your appointment, Natasha will email you a copy of your Bride Guide, which includes all of the details for your personal appointment. Please take some time to read through the guide, as it includes our top tips on how to prepare for your upcoming appointment, so you get the most out of your visit with us.
Prior to your
appointment.
On entering our beautiful bridal studio, you’ll
be greeted by your bridal stylist Natasha and offered a glass
of prosecco or alternative welcome beverage. Throughout your appointment Natasha will guide you through finding
your perfect Willow & White gown, in keeping with your
wedding style and body shape. We recommend trying
on 4-6 dresses during your appointment.
During your
appointment.
This is your time to celebrate with your girls and loved ones! You will have the atelier to yourself and your guests during your appointment, so you can relax with no interruptions. Sip your fizz while trying on some of the most beautiful wedding gowns and take in every moment, it really is such a special experience.

It's such an unforgettable, emotional and special moment when you find 'the one.' When you are wearing a gown that makes you feel beautiful and gives you the feels, it's time to say 'yes!' - it could be the first dress you've tried on or the 50th, trust your reaction and allow yourself to fall in love.

We want you to feel relaxed, listened too and cared for during your appointment - and we want you to have fun!
The atelier is a stylish, modern space with beautiful, original stone archways, filled with lots of natural light. Our rails aren't full to the brim of hundreds of styles as it isn't our intention to overwhelm our Brides. We want our gowns to be showcased and to show off their individual beauty, as each gown has been carefully handpicked with our Bride in mind.
Feel free to browse our collection, glass of fizz in hand. Our experienced bridal stylist Natasha will help guide you throughout your appointment, selecting styles you may not have initially considered based on necklines, fit and fabrics you are most drawn too throughout your fittings.
Your guests are free to take photos and videos of you wearing styles you really love and towards the end of your appointment you will have some time to re-try any favourites!

After the excitement and celebrations of finding your dream wedding dress, we will then take a 50% deposit for made-to-order gowns. Please note that full payment is required at the time of order for gowns placed on a priority service, sample sale gowns and accessories.

We highly recommend using our professional gown cleaning partner Magical Dorothy, who offer bridal gown cleaning and gown preservation boxing which is perfect for preserving your precious dress. If you book using the code 'willow10' you will also receive 10% off their services!
